How to check if the iSignager player is a faulty unit?
  1. Connect a display and power on the player. If there is no iSignager logo in display, try a different display.
  2. When boot completed, player information will show on screen. Check if Server setting, player IP, Time and Layout are correct. If no layout is scheduled to play, the screen will turn off in 1 minute.
  3. 3. If you can’t see the booting screen logo or the player information, please contact your local distributor/reseller technical support.
  4. 4. If the player behaves abnormal, try reset the device to factory default.
