Why the player is not playing?

Please check the following items:

  1. Player system clock. Player will play content according to the schedule. If player system date and clock is incorrect, the player will not work as you expect. You can check and modify the time in player Web setting page.
  2. Plan status. Check the plan status in player Web. If Current Layout is empty, check your plan in iScheduler and try to publish again.
  3. Media files. If some files can play and others not, contact our technical support and provide sample files.
